Madonna inicia en México recorrido por Latinoamérica
México. (AP)-A Madonna le faltó el aire en México. Durante el arranque de su gira “Sticky and Sweet Tour” por Latinoamérica la reina estadounidense del pop confesó ante más de 50.000 personas que se dieron cita en el Foro Sol de la capital mexicana que le faltaba oxígeno.
Sin embargo, eso no opacó su actuación que estuvo impecable, con excepción de un leve tropiezo que le hizo perder momentáneamente el balance a mitad de concierto.
“Quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para decir lo feliz que me siento de estar de vuelta en México después de todos estos años”, dijo en inglés la cantante en una de sus intervenciones en referencia a que la última vez que estuvo en tierra azteca fue en el 1993.
“Este es un gran lugar para comenzar nuestra gira por Latinoamérica, así que solo quiero decirles ‘gracias’”, esta última palabra en español.
De inmediato el público aplaudió a la cantante que además saludo con un “hola México” al inicio de la jornada, cuando apareció sobre un trono con un cetro en la mano.
La diva musical, que recientemente cumplió 50 años, y demostró a lo largo del concierto su envidiable condición física mediante complicadas rutinas de baile y saltos de cuerda como si fuera adolescente, manifestó en tarima que “no había oxígeno”, una de las principales características de la ciudad que se encuentra a más de 2.000 pies de altura sobre el nivel del mar.
“Por eso es momento de que ustedes hagan algo de esfuerzo”, dijo en tono autoritario, que no obstante, derritió a su fanaticada, que la obedeció levantándose de sus asientos, como ella lo pidió.
Entonces se acercó hasta las primeras filas, donde entre otros se encontraba el famoso chismólogo Perez Hilton, y preguntó que canción querían escuchar. La interprete complació a uno de sus seguidores con el tema “Sorry” que cantó casi a capela, acompañada únicamente por los aplausos rítmicos de la gente.
“Vamos, levanten el trasero de sus asientos”, gritó poco después, con su estilo irreverente que también lo demostró en diversas ocasiones como cuando bailó sugestivamente como si estuviera teniendo relaciones sexuales con la guitarra.
A diferencia de otras presentaciones, los acompañamientos fueron virtuales.
Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Britney Spears y Justin Timberlake solo bailaron de manera virtual con Madonna, a través de proyecciones de vídeo.
Los temas, una mezcla de nuevos éxitos como “Hard Candy” y “4 minutes” con clásicos como “Like a prayer” o “Bordeline”, se vistieron de fiesta con arreglos diversos a lso originales y mezclas que no cesaban gracias a la intervención de algunos DJ’s.
La producción incluyó además un auto Rolls Royce sobre el escenario que estaba adornado con dos inmensas letras “m” a cada lado, tarimas que se desplazaban, pantallas que se movían en todas direcciones para apoyar con vídeos sus canciones y efectos de luces con rayos como laser que sobresalían del más allá del foro, entre otros.
Después de México, la gira continuará por Argentina, Chile y Brasil.
