FUTBOL-City vence 3-0 al Liverpool con dos goles de Carlos Tevez
LONDRES. (Reuters)- El argentino Carlos Tevez anotó el lunes dos goles en el segundo tiempo mientras un confiado Manchester City se imponía 3-0 sobre el Liverpool para subrayar sus credenciales en la Liga Premier del fútbol inglés.
El multimillonario propietario del club, el jeque Mansour bin Zayed al-Nahyan, recibió una ovación de pie de los hinchas antes de ver su primer partido como local y el City le dio mucho qué saborear en una tarde lluviosa en Eastlands.
El recientemente fichado mediocampista inglés James Milner tuvo un impresionante debut, habilitando a su ex compañero de equipo del Aston Villa Gareth Barry para abrir el marcador al minuto 13.
Tevez logró el 2-0 en el minuto 52, con un gol que al parecer contó con el toque final de un cabezazo de Micah Richards, quien dijo al canal de televisión Sky Sports que el tanto era suyo.

El campeón Chelsea, que goleó 6-0 al Wigan Athletic el sábado, tiene el máximo de seis puntos de dos partidos, mientras que el Arsenal es segundo con cuatro tras derrotar al Blackpool por el mismo marcador.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
