Miami. No hay quien dude que estamos en medio de una tremenda crisis económica, que los “expertos” se niegan a llamarle por su nombre “RESECION” la cual en mi modesta opinión no disminuye sino que ha AUMENTANDO. Las reseciones están relacionadas directamente con la actividad inmobiliaria. El condado Miami Dade ha decidido arbitrariamente aumentar el AMILLARAMIENTO de la propiedades que tienen disminución de taxes conocida como “Homestead Exemption” Este homestead Exemption se creo para proteger la integridad de la familia, aparentemente a la deficiente administración de Miami Dade” le importa tres pepinos la familia y su estabilidad económica y por consiguiente el bien estar de Miami Dade.
Si el condado logra que los comisionados aprueben este aumento de taxes, será prácticamente imposible conseguir trabajo aquí porque nadie podrá tener una casa pues no la podrá pagar. Eso asesinara la industria de la construcción y esta por efecto domino matara a todas las demas fuentes de trabajo. Esto se convertirá en una “Villa Miseria” Gracias a Carlos Álvarez y a George Burgess. Repito “La bola ahora la tienen los comisionados, espero que tiren un Strike”
La administración de Miami Dade es conocida por su ineficiencia, corrupción y despilfarro de dinero. Ellos tienen muchos negocios productores de dinero, como el aeropuerto y el puerto de Miami que pudieran producir dinero pero ellos son tan… que lo que producen es pérdidas, pérdidas y más pérdidas. Aparte del dinero que desaparece allí. Se acuerdan de Carmen Luneta que desapareció 25 millones y ni siquiera lo hicieron visitar una estación de policía, y del trencito japonés del aeropuerto que termino costando tres veces más. No sigo porque la lista tiene 300 páginas.
Regalado y Migolla le han dado una lección de administración y valor a Álvarez y a Burgess les redujeron el salario, las pensiones y los beneficios de salud a todos los empleados del condado. Pero para hacer eso hay que tener los pantalones bien puestos. Se oyeron hasta malas palabras y amenazas; que la imagen de la ciudad es la imagen que la policía quiera dar. ¿Es esto una amenaza, un chantaje o que?
Los retirados no recibieron el aumento anual por el costo de la vida, miles de personas han perdido sus empleos, miles han visto reducido sus salarios, miles han perdido su casa o están al perderlas.
¿Es este el momento de incrementar la infelicidad de los residentes?
¿Es este el momento de aumentar los problemas de la gente hasta estrangular a nuestras familias, subiendo el amillaramiento?
Los comisionados tienen la palabra, ellos están ahi para defender los intereses de los que los eligieron, no los intereses de Álvarez y Bergess. El gobierno esta ahi para defender a los ciudadanos no para defenderse ellos mismos.
El gobierno tiene que terminar su ineficiencia, corrupción y gastos exagerados e innecesarios.
Sino tendremos que hacer algo drástico.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
