Yoani Sánchez lamenta decisión de Microsoft
MIAMI. (RM)- La bloguera cubana Yoani Sánchez lamentó en su blog Generación Y que la empresa estadounidense Microsoft haya suspendido su servicio de mensajería para usuarios en Cuba.
Sánchez dijo que el régimen comunista siempre ha sido la entidad que suprime el acceso a ciertos servicios y páginas de Internet que no puede controlar, como el MSN Messenger de Microsoft, los servicios de correo electrónico Hotmail y Gmail, y la página web del diario El Nuevo Herald.
“Ahora la prohibición viene del otro lado, precisamente de parte de quienes construyeron un programa que nos ayudaba a escapar del control,” declaró Sánchez en Generación Y.
La bloguera dijo que la decisión de Microsoft de suspender el servicio de Windows Live Messenger IM para los usuarios de países embargados por Estados Unidos perjudica al pueblo cubano y los internautas en la isla.
Concluyó que seguramente los censores del régimen del general Raúl Castro deben estar de plácemes, pues Microsoft acaba de hacer el trabajo por ellos.
